Gilroy Woman Gets Runaround on Appliance Rebate

A Gilroy woman tried to collect on a $600 mail-in rebate from General Electric on a recent appliance purchase. After 10 weeks, GE told her it needed an invoice from the seller, and after she sent that document, still no rebate. Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura reports.
